There is no conflict of interest and/or discussion of off-label information to disclose to the participants
for this activity.
The information provided during this course is for general instruction only. My Injection Training, LLC
assumes no liability for the use or mis-use of the educational information provided during this
course. As a participant, it is presumed that you are authorized by license to perform the procedures
addressed that will be addressed during this course. Nothing in the information provided shall be
construed to represent an endorsement of any particular injection procedure for any particular
condition by either myself or My Injection Training, LLC. You, as a licensed professional, are ultimately
responsible for exercising your own independent medical judgment relative to whether it is appropriate
to perform any medical or health related service and how such services should be performed consistent
with community standards of care.
This is an all hands on training. Wear comfortable/accessible clothes, study/know your muscles, stay hydrated, and be ready to have some fun! You will be performing each injection you are taught on volunteers or fellow providers. You will have the opportunity to receive any/all injections; we highly recommend each provider gets the injections to better educate their patients back at their practice.

Owners -it is essential to attend the course alongside your provider at no charge (as long as the course material is not within your scope of practice). It is important to see how your medical provider is doing. We do ask two things: volunteer for injections and please do not slow down the course. Each registered provider is allowed to bring 1 owner.

Any questions, please contact Genevieve at 303-406-0123 or info@myinjectiontraining.com
