Following her government service, Jennifer transitioned to the beauty industry, where she has dedicated over a decade to medical aesthetics and cosmetic surgery. Her expertise in managing cosmetic surgery centers and her patient-driven approach have been instrumental in advancing better medicine within the field of regenerative aesthetics.

As the founder of a consulting company specializing in business expansion for beauty industry professionals and practitioners, Jennifer has helped countless experts grow their practices and establish Level 1 surgery centers. Her focus remains on improving medicine and post-operative care in the cosmetic sector.

Jennifer is also an Executive Board Director with CSL Therapy, an organization founded by the American Council of the Body Altering Aesthetics Industry, where she plays a vital role in board certification and provider education.
