Terms of Use
Refund Policy
Request for refunds must be submitted to My Injection Training within 30 days of purchase. Request for refunds greater than 30 days after purchase will be issued a credit only for the amount paid, if approved. My Injection Training has sole discretion for determining issuance of a refund to a customer. Refund is subject to a 10% credit card processing fee deducted from the refund amount.
My Injection Training Library Membership Purchase Agreement
MONTH TO MONTH PAYMENT TERMS FOR PROVIDER PROTECTION PLAN:
You agree to provide My Injection Training with your credit card information for automatic monthly membership payment. Membership will continue until My Injection Training is notified as described in the section titled “Cancellation of Month to Month Membership Policy.” Any payment information you provide will be handled, managed, and stored in the most secure manner possible. This information is encrypted and stored securely and safely, or transferred securely and safely to a qualified and trusted third party for processing, and used exclusively and solely for purposes authorized by you.
Cancellation of Month to Month Membership Policy:
A written notice is required and must be received by Injection University 30 days prior to your next scheduled payment. On said date, automatic credit card payments will be discontinued.
Termination
My Injection Training may terminate a registrant’s or user’s access to any part of the My Injection Training service or third-party services for any reason whatsoever and without notice. For example, if you tamper with, corrupt, or abuse our services, fail to pay for our services, conduct any illegal activities through or by our services, we will terminate your account immediately and without warning. We’ll also prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.
Variation
We may revise these terms and conditions from time-to-time. Revised terms and conditions will apply to the use of this website from the date of the publication of the revised terms and conditions on this website. Please check this page regularly to ensure you are familiar with the current version.
Entire agreement
