Dr Gary Rademacher owns a medical integrated company, Downtown’s Healthcare in Denver, CO. He has been serving this community since 1995. Hey has added medical providers and Chiropractors together under one roof so that people will have a team approach to their health care needs. Dr Gary believes in the power of the body’s ability to heal and that medication and surgery should be a last resort! The services they provide are designed to give the body what it needs to heal and repair, naturally. We do this by incorporating physical and regenerative medicine, chiropractic, proper diet, and education to provide people everything their bodies need to heal and repair, so they can maximize their potential. DHC is a company that challenges the status quo of healthcare. We believe that the power of healing lies within.

Karen Rea, MSN, FNP-BC

Family Nurse Practitioner (Board Certified by ANCC). Karen Rea is a board certified Nurse Practitioner. She is certified in Pain Management by American Academy of Procedural Medicine (AAOPM). She is an Associate Member of American Academy of Regenerative Medicine. She is a certified Bio Te practitioner for bio-identical hormone replacement. She is a certified provider through Cellular Medicine Association for the Vampire Facelift®, Vampire Facial®, O – Shot®, Priapus Shot®, Vampire Breastlift®, and Hair restoration. Karen teaches an accredited injection training course (through American Association of Nurse Practitioners) to medical providers from all over the country. She has worked in nursing for over years in all areas of healthcare. Specializing in regenerative medicine, pain management, sports medicine, and rehabilitation. Karen enjoys helping people overcome pain from many musculoskeletal conditions. She also enjoys running, skiing, spending time with family, and volunteering with 9 News Health Fair and Project Cure. Karen is an active member in her community as she is an active member with Advanced Practice Nurses Association, DNA 30, Colorado Nurses Association, American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and Sigma Theta Tau.

Refund Policy

Request for refunds must be submitted to My Injection Training within 30 days of purchase. Request for refunds greater than 30 days after purchase will be issued a credit only for the amount paid, if approved. My Injection Training has sole discretion for determining issuance of a refund to a customer. Refund is subject to a 10% credit card processing fee deducted from the refund amount. 

My Injection Training Library Membership Purchase Agreement

MONTH TO MONTH PAYMENT TERMS FOR PROVIDER PROTECTION PLAN:

You agree to provide My Injection Training with your credit card information for automatic monthly membership payment. Membership will continue until My Injection Training is notified as described in the section titled “Cancellation of Month to Month Membership Policy.” Any payment information you provide will be handled, managed, and stored in the most secure manner possible. This information is encrypted and stored securely and safely, or transferred securely and safely to a qualified and trusted third party for processing, and used exclusively and solely for purposes authorized by you.

Cancellation of Month to Month Membership Policy:

A written notice is required and must be received by Injection University 30 days prior to your next scheduled payment. On said date, automatic credit card payments will be discontinued.

Termination

My Injection Training may terminate a registrant’s or user’s access to any part of the My Injection Training service or third-party services for any reason whatsoever and without notice. For example, if you tamper with, corrupt, or abuse our services, fail to pay for our services, conduct any illegal activities through or by our services, we will terminate your account immediately and without warning. We’ll also prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.

Variation

We may revise these terms and conditions from time-to-time.  Revised terms and conditions will apply to the use of this website from the date of the publication of the revised terms and conditions on this website.  Please check this page regularly to ensure you are familiar with the current version.

Entire agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and My Injection Training in relation to your use of this website, and supersede all previous agreements in respect of your use of this website.
