In today’s world of new viruses and possible future pandemics, the recommended language is:
Have you prepared your body for the next pandemic?
Have you done everything you can to prepare your body?
Once you have your IV room set up, hang signs up around the office explaining the service. If you use travel cards, place a flyer explaining the service in each travel card so as patients come in the providers can give the patient a flyer and explanation of the service to each and every patient. Internal promotion is the easiest way to start getting a following and sign patients up for the service.
I recommend hanging up signs in the IV room on all the benefits of IV. When the provider has completed setting up the IV on the patient, I recommend that sometime be spent on reviewing the benefits. Referencing the signs hanging up makes this very easy.

“If you could save money and do IV nutritional IV’s regularly and be healthier and have a stronger immune system, would you want to?”
When they say yes – hand them the IV club membership paperwork.
Have them fill out the paperwork while their IV is running. Ideally you want to enter their CC information into an automated merchant service system.
I recommend adding a page on your website discussing IV nutritional therapy. Go to my website as an example.

I recommend emailing your patient database on nutritional IV and Ozone service you are offering. I would send this email out on a monthly basis.

I recommend offering a discounted rate for those patients who want to join an IV club. This is a once a month nutritional IV treatment. We typically will recommend an IV treatment on all new patients. When they are getting their first IV treatment, we have an MA review all the benefits of IV treatment. Then proceed to ask the patient the following:

When doing corporate events, bring with you a banner or sign that advertises the Nutritional IV and Ozone treatment.

This is a great way for company leaders to email their employees and let them know about the discounted plans at our office.
