SUCCESS STORIES

Experience MY INJECTION TRAINING

Here are what some of our recent My Injection Training attendees had to say…
The hands‒on experience with real patients was invaluable. It's much better than other courses I've taken.
I was surprised how quickly I could use what I learned. The focus on perfect practice made injections seem less scary.
This course helped me understand injections and protocols, allowing me to confidently integrate them into my practice with a nurse practitioner.
This course boosted my regenerative medicine practice. Learning ultrasound guidance added confidence in needle placement and allowed me to see hidden damage.
I was at the injection training—it was fantastic, top‒notch!

Frequently Asked Questions

Highlighting your strengths is important. Let's offer potential customers a clear view of what sets you apart from the competition.
Do I Really Need to Use an Ultrasound When Delivering Injections?
In my experience medical providers have been performing injections into joints with varying results. Prior to ultrasound guided injections, medical providers performing joint injections learned landmarks by palpation for needle insertion. While this was the standard for many years, the success of the end result would vary.
Proper needle placement was difficult. Once the needle entered the body the provider no longer had a visual guide. Clinical results varied as a result of entering the joint blind. However, multiple studies have shown that ultrasounds performed during the procedure helped guide the needle to the target. This significantly improved results and is that not what we all want? A great patient outcome!
Ultrasound guided injections for needle placement is easy to learn and provides a significantly higher level of precision.
What Makes a “Good” Medical Provider?
It starts with purpose. We all got into healthcare for the same reason, to help and serve. It doesn’t matter what kind of provider you are, we are all in this to serve, help our patients, and get the best possible results!
While we all work within our own scope of practice, our focus and intentions are aligned. Using our specialties and systems to get the best results for our patients while serving the masses with the integrated team.
In teaching over 800 medical providers over the last six years, I’ve noticed a few qualities that make medical providers stand out in training and long after the course is over. These stand-out providers have confidence and skills that will take them to the next level.
How to Serve More People in Physical Medicine?
First and foremost DHC has a tremendous purpose. I believed in this purpose quickly after starting. The healthcare system in this country is broken. I fully agree that patients should be treated from a more naturalistic standpoint. I am blessed every day to help patients, get them off drugs, and avoid unnecessary surgeries.
Secondly, we focus on the following on a continual basis:
We train every day!
We added multiple medical rooms
We have solid systems in place
We have great communication systems in place
We operate off a set of core values that the team lives by
We continue to update our policies to improve our delivery and patient care flows
How to Handle Patients with Needle Phobia?
We take a conservative approach because the integrated physical medicine model includes injections into muscles, joints, and nerve blocks. In our office, we focus on avoiding the unnecessary. Some potential treatment options include numbing agents (Lidocaine or Marcaine) so the patient does not feel the needles.
It is important to communicate with patients the purpose of taking a conservative approach in the integrated medical setting. Through proper communication we can help soothe a patient’s nerves and anxiety.
